Over the past week I was busy trying to catch up with the latest trends on instagram and the blogging world. My sister was also home for the weekend so we dined at the Hilton Hotel, Durban. I have also been trying to promote my beauty workshop which I will be hosting next weekend for only R250 per person. I managed to get my hands on the LA Girl Lipsticks and Nudes palettes. What a rush it was at the store but I did walk out feeling accomplished. I also tested out the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Waters, and let me just say AMAZING!! My skin has never felt better and my makeup has never been so effortless to remove, especially on a lazy day after work.

This week and this month comes to end and as I reflect I just want to let each and everyone of you that have supported me through comments, likes and subscriptions A huge Thank you. I really appreciate all the love you show me and it makes my love and passion for this industry worth while. I may not be the best blogger or have the most amazing writing skills but one thing I know is I am passionate about empowering women and influencing them. I may not have every brand signed under my belt or appeared in the media as frequently as most bloggers, but my aim is not for that, my aim is to impact and influence the world with what I have learnt regarding beauty and fashion and my strong hope in God. Without my Lord and Saviour and my family I would not be blogging or sharing my talent with the world. I know I am blessed and I hope you are blessed by what I offer to you on a daily basis. Thank you for the continuous support. Stay Blessed and enjoy your weekend. Chat again in September.

Can I get a yesssssssssssss! Finally these products that most Beauty Blogger have been raving about are in South Africa. Over the weekend Dale and I popped by Dischem and to my surprise was the LA Girl Cosmetics stand screaming my name.  I stood around waiting for the assistants to find me the limited edition Nudes Brick Palette and Matte Glosses. I was super excited when the lady finally came to me with the palette that someone did not pick up. Screaming inside I selected the products I wanted to and proceeded to checkout.

The Garnier Micellar Water - R79.99 (Clicks Stores)
I purchased two bottles only because it was HOTS and I know it would be sold out in a matter of days. The current bottle I'm testing is for Even Sensitive Skin. For the price and the amount of product you are getting, it is so worth it. 400ml for 80bucks is definitely a bonus especially because I was using the Bioderma range at R250 a bottle of 200ml. I also picked up the Pure Active Micellar Cleansing Water to test out. I must say that these cleansing waters sure do the job. Use a cotton bud, dampen with the water and remove your makeup. To completely remove my makeup including mascara and eyeliner, I use atleast 3 cotton buds and then I cleanse and tone.

LA Girl Nudes Brick Palette - R90 (Dischem)
Yes finally they have arrived, and if you follow my Facebook page you know when I posted a picture of these products and where you can purchase them. I have yet to test the shades out as I am planning to do a full video review and makeup look using this amazing palette.
LA Girl Blush Collection SPICE - R89.99 (Dischem)
Pigmented YES, colour payoff YES. This beautiful blush palette almost remind me of the BH Cosmetics Blush Palette or Contour & Highlight Palette. The palette offers both blushes and highlighting colours. For the price I would say it is a must have especially if you looking for something affordable.
LA Girl Matte Flat Finish Gloss - R49.99 (Dischem)
Alot of people raved about this product and they were sold out in most stores just in the day they were released. I was so excited to see it in Dischem so I managed to purchase all the glosses that were left in store. When I do test them out I will include a full in-depth review.

Dischem is currently running a special whereby you take three products and pay for two.

I hope you enjoyed this mini haul. Get down to your local Dischem or Clicks stores to save on these bargains. Stay Blessed and have a fabulous Wednesday.

About a month ago I was sent these lovely products all the way from Paris, France to review. One of the students doing research on the skincare brand approached me to test out the product because is suited my type of skin.  I started testing the products from the day I received it and its been already a month. I found that the results aren't overnight, they do take some time to adjust your skin but I have seen a difference in the condition of my skin.

I used the Cleansing and Unifying Gel in the morning and evening after removing my makeup with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water. I found that the gel does not foam when you lather onto your face but it does cleanse the surface of your skin.
I used the Exfoliating Unifying Lotion in a cotton bud and wiped my face and neck to remove any access makeup residue on my face. I found that this lotion in the form of a spray was very refreshing and cleansing leaving my face feeling clean and supple.
The Mask Peeling I used once a week. When applied to the face I found a tingling sensation on my skin. Apparently this means it is working and seeping into the pours to get rid of bacteria or skin irritations. It is a scream type product which I applied with a makeup paint brush and left to dry for 15-20 minutes before washing it off.
The SOS Perfect Complexion serum I applied just before I out my foundation on. This became my daily moisturizer. The consistency is not sticky or thick and left my face feeling fresh and cleansed. I did however mix it with the Anti-Blemish serum due to the fact that the smell of the serum was not very pleasing to the nose. One Pump of each covered my entire face and neck area.

I must say a big thank you to the Biolissme team for sending me their products to review. I did thoroughly enjoy testing out the products. I will continue using them until I see the major difference. At the end of the day, my experience with the products and the brand has been amazing and I have had no irritation or breakout since using it. I hope you enjoyed my review! Stay Blessed!
